Job description
As a customer service advisor, customers with products from a U.S. brand of home appliance can contact you to ask questions or request explanations about their services or products.
- As an advisor, you help every customer with the utmost care.
- In addition, you can easily detect the needs of customers and respond well to them.
- In every contact you go for the best feasible customer experience.
- You strive for high-quality file management with a view to speed, accuracy and efficiency.
Profile
As a customer service advisor you are:
- A real language mastery, in addition to German you also speak Dutch or French.
- Communicative and helpful.
- Interested in social media.
- Patient to offer customers a solution.
