Job description
your Tasks :
- Expertise in the daily AP accounting management / Reporting / Payments
- Review all incoming invoices for accuracy and enter them into the AP tool.
- Regularly monitor the accounting mailbox and ensure all emails are appropriately handled.
- Follow up with suppliers regarding payment status and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Thoroughly review and process all expense reports and credit card settlements with attention to detail.
- Manage outstanding supplier accounts, including debit balances, to ensure a balanced and accurate account.
- Assist colleagues with processing bank statements and supplier payments as needed to maintain good team spirit.
Profile
your Profile:
- 5 years of Experience in the Accounting
- speaks fluently English with a business level in French
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
