Job description

We are looking for an enthusiastic freelance HR Coordinator for our client. The HR Coordinator will be supporting various HR processes in Diegem and Brussels and coordinates some HR administrative flows. He/She will support some functions in some HR processes together with the senior HR BP. 

More specifically he/she is responsible for :

  • Coordinate HR administrative flows with HR Services (local HRS and HRSSC in Budapest).
  • Support in year-end compensation process from consolidation and data checking base for various businesses.
  • Locally in Diegem and Brussels act as HR expert in social legislation Belgium.
  • Support in HR projects like: onboarding, offboarding, Benefits program (prepare for communications), Flex Plan, Seniority, Employer branding, …
  • Support in HR policy changes: writing, translations (ENG, FR, NL).
  • Support in Workday transactions and guide managers in Manager Self Service in Workday.
  • ...


  • Languages: Dutch, French, English
  • Experience with Workday
  • Experience as HR Business Partner or HR Coordinator
  • Profile: discrete, confidential, accurate in administration
  • Basic knowledge of BE social legislation
  • You are fulltime or 4/5de available on short notice.


An interesting and challenging project to support the increased business for 3 months, extension is possible. You can work from home 2 or 3 days a week.
