Job description
Join the team in a pivotal role shaping financial planning and controlling activities within the company. Your mission includes:
- Contributing to the monthly reporting of financial results for the organization.
- Monitoring, reporting, and providing comprehensive insights into the evolution of key performance indicators (KPIs) across the company.
- Collaborating with finance and business stakeholders to understand corporate reporting tools and driving enhancements to meet business requirements.
- Engaging in initiatives focused on enhancing processes and systems within the financial control domain.
- Assisting in the development of company-wide policies and procedures.
- Participating in the transition of our reporting from a retrospective to a forward-looking approach.
- Orchestrating status reports on transformation projects and challenging conventional practices.
- Supporting the long-term planning process.
- Generating precise ad hoc analyses and reports.
- Coordinating the financial calendar alongside the reporting team.
Profile
The requested qualifications for this job include:
- Possession of a master's degree in applied economics, business engineering, commercial sciences, or equivalent qualification.
- Demonstrated experience of 3 to 5 years as a financial analyst, financial controller, or auditor.
- Strong interest in working with data and systems.
- Fluent in English (both oral and written). Knowledge of additional languages is a significant advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with Power BI and IBM Planning & Analytics is a bonus.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
- Your keen curiosity drives your understanding of the practical aspects of business figures and the underlying business reality.
- You possess strong systematic and analytical abilities.
- Your communication skills are clear, concise, and effective.
- Ability to visualize data and articulate it to diverse stakeholders.
- You hold an enthusiastic, dynamic, and professional attitude, embodying a can-do mentality.
