Financial Administrative Assistant
Job description
As a Financial Administrative Officer, you will be responsible for our financial administration within the holding company. You work closely with various departments to ensure flawless processing of all financial documents. Your contribution is essential for the smooth running of our business processes.
Your tasks:
- Accounting processing: You will be responsible for processing and entering purchase and sales invoices into our accounting system Adsolut and managing daily financial records.
- Payments and bank statements: You prepare and support the execution of payments where accuracy and punctuality are essential.
- Document management: You ensure orderly and efficient archiving of all documentation so that everything is always within reach.
- Reporting: You provide proactive support in various financial tasks, such as preparing financial reports and preparing monthly closings.
- Customer and supplier management: You track payments from our customers and suppliers, ensuring smooth processing of all financial transactions.
- HR administration: You will support in personnel administration.
Profile
- Experience: You have several years of experience in a similar financial or administrative role.
- Software skills: You have experience of working with one or more accounting software packages; knowledge of Adsolut is a plus. You are an advanced Excel user.
- Language skills: You are fluent in Dutch, and able to communicate complex information clearly. Knowledge of French and English is a plus.
- Accurate and proactive: You have an eye for detail and work in a structured way. You are someone who can identify and solve problems quickly.
- Independent and responsible: You feel at home in an environment where you have a lot of responsibility, and you are able to work independently.
