Finance Business Partner
Job description
As Finance Business Partner (m/f/x) you will be responsible for:
- You support & consolidate the EBU group planning process up to EBITDA level. You assist in coordinating the EBU finance business partners inputs with respect to the long-term business plan (5y), the yearly budget exercise, forecasts and monthly forecast reviews;
- You challenge and synthesize the received input in order to maximize performance and create reports to all higher management levels in close collaboration with the Group Finance department;
- You report variances up to EBITDA/Cash flow level in order to provide a clear and accurate picture of the financial situation (influences, key operational drivers, interrelation). From there you identify together with the finance business partners potential risks and opportunities including their effects on the year-end outcome;
- On a monthly basis you will prepare the presentation to the Enterprise Leadership Squad. On a quarterly basis you will also ensure adequate reporting to the Board and prepare the necessary documents for the Enterprise Market Lead and Investor Relations, anticipating potential analyst questions;
- You will actively engage in transversal and transformational projects in both Finance and the Enterprise business, e.g. Reporting Rationalization, finance systems and tools development. Within your team, you act as the 'Single Point of Contact' for requests from other departments in order to manage the demand for the EBU Finance team (FBE).

Profile
The required profile for the Finance Business Partner (m/f/x) position:
- In order to manage all the above, we are looking for a colleague with great MS Office skills, who is willing to invest in other software applications (TM1, SAP, …), BI tools and who has an interest in new technologies and tools for smarter digital collaboration;
- Preferably you have a university degree in a relevant field (finance, economics, business) with minimum 3 years of professional experience;
- You are organised and result driven with an analytical mindset and can synthesize large volumes of analysis. The bigger picture is your natural reference frame and when necessary, you can deep dive into the details. Tight deadlines give you energy;
- You can add a storytelling component to financial analysis;
- You are proactive, assertive and diplomatic in your professional endeavours and you can make people collaborate;
- You can express yourself fluently in Dutch and/or French and English.
