Executive and Finance Assistant
Job description
The responsibilities for this function as Executive and Finance Assistant are:
Executive and administrative assistance (60%)
- You are responsible of the Executive Director's agenda and inbox;
- You prepare, organise and coordinate meetings, travel arrangements and expense tracking;
- You provide administrative support to other members of the team as needed.
Financial administration (30%)
- You are the person in charge of keeping accurate and regular accounting records;
- You maintain monthly and yearly accounting controls .
- You manage cash flow and monitor expenditure;
- You complete bank reconciliations;
- You assist the Head of Finance with payment processing, audit preparations and financial reporting.
Organisational development (10%)
- Actively participate in meetings and the general assembly,…

Profile
The required qualifications for the position as Executive and Finance Assistant are:
- You have a business related degree or equivalent work experience;
- You have an excellent knowledge of English and French;
- You have a few years of experience as a financial and/or administrative assistant;
- You are an advanced user of MS Office and Google applications;
- You have excellent communication and organisational skills;
- You take initiative and are a quick learner;
- You are a team player;
- You pay attention to details and are motivated.
