Dynamic Social Media Specialist

Are you our new Social Media Specialist ready to shake up the digital world? We're looking for an enthusiastic professional who can engage and captivate our online communities and network users! Your mission? Increase customer engagement, strengthen relationships, boost website traffic, and elevate revenue through a vibrant social media marketing strategy.

What You'll Do:

• Develop and implement a social media strategy that makes our brand shine! This includes competitive research, platform selection, and identifying the right audience.
  
• Regularly create, edit, and publish engaging content (original text, images, videos) that encourages our community to interact. Turn every post into a celebration!
  
• Enhance the visibility of our company profiles on various platforms, ensuring our online presence is irresistible.
  
• Monitor all user-generated content to ensure it aligns with our community's moderation policy.
  
• Manage editorial calendars and keep our content on track.
  
• Analyze social data and metrics to improve our strategies. Your insights will be invaluable!
  
• Collaborate with other departments (customer service, sales, etc.) to manage our reputation and achieve shared goals.

What You Bring:

• Proven experience in social media marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist.
  
• Exceptional writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation, and communication skills.
  
• Knowledge of social networking and experience with social analytics tools.
  
• A strong understanding of web design, web development, CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization), and SEO (Search Engine Optimization).
  
• A positive attitude, attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset with excellent multitasking and organizational skills.
  
• A degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media, or Public Relations is a plus.
  
• Proficiency in English and Dutch, German is a big plus!
• Willingness to travel as needed.
