Customer Service Medewerker m/v

Our customer is a well known company in Sint-Niklaas.

Manage customer requests for spare parts
Prepare the resource planning and send out customer offers for spare parts
Manage customer inquiries on spare parts pricing, availability, and order processing (liaise with colleagues in purchase & planning department)
Follow-up on selected customer offers for spare parts to maximize sales
Enter customer orders for spare parts in Enterprise Resource Planning system and send order confirmations
Follow-up customer orders for complete on-time delivery
Manage customer payments and coordinate logistics
Process customer requests for return of spare parts and spare parts-related claims
Contribute to manage customer information and prepare activity reports
Follow up on non-conformity issues and work to provide resolution to customer (liaise with technical department customer care & engineering in manufacturing business unit)
Provide on frequent base information to analyze offer, order intake and backlog.
Follow up customer trends and prepare forecasts for main accounts
Follow up with services team on part orders and support further development of order tracking tools/dashboards

Technical oriented team player with good knowledge in trade, preferably spare parts and logistics
Able to work independently as well as to enjoy being part of a team, operating in a demanding climate.
Able to manage priorities and multiple customer requests
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (French, Dutch, English, …)
Experience in working in international environment communicating across multiple cultures
Strong affinity for technology, machine construction and working in food processing equipment supply chain
Familiar with Excel, Outlook and Enterprise Resource Planning Systems (JDE Oracle is a plus).
Knowledge of order management processes
Familiar with Customer Relationship Management systems (SalesForce)
