Our client is an international company located in the north of Brussels. Manpower Brussels (team cc41) is currently looking for a Customer Service Representative (m/f/x) for Italian B2B clients for a maternity leave replacement starting in August.

Job description

In this role we count on you to provide enhanced customer service to customers of the Italian Market ensuring that their needs are fully met on time and in full.
You will be part of a dynamic team and will interact daily with Sales Managers and other departments and teams.
You will be fully conversant with the business strategy, legal guidelines and agreed customer service procedures.
Your main responsibility is to deal with B2B customer requests such as order entry, order follow-up, invoicing, answer to customer requests, price management, provide information and follow-up on products availability and logistics matters, managing customer complaints, etc.
Whenever necessary, you will ensure coordination between the business, customer and planning team to ensure effective response to customer needs/enquiries.

Profile

You are fluent in Italian and English - written and orally.
Additional French, Portuguese or Spanish language skills are a plus!

You hold a bachelor’s degree in a sales/business/supply chain orientation or demonstrate relevant equivalent experience.
You have at least a couple of years experience in customer service or direct sales environment, preferably in an international & multicultural business environment.

You are a proficient user of MS-Office and can easily adapt to new IT-tools and systems (CRM, SAP, etc.)
You have analytical, planning and organizational skills.
You are familiar with contract and competition law.
You have great interpersonal and communication skills with excellent phone etiquette.
You show flexibility and adaptability in your tasks.
You have a problem-solving approach.
You are an excellent team player and a detail orientated person.
You have long-term career aspirations to grow in this role and make it your own!

Offer

We offer you a full-time interim assignment from August 2021 for a maternity leave cover.
