Customer Service Coordinator

Job description

  • Responsible for the client portfolio
  • Responsible for the whole process from the orders to the follow-up
  • You are the first contact with the clients
  • You will interact with different department
  • Following-up on commercial initiatives, specific contracts and promotions
  • You will report to the customer service manager

Profile

  • Bilingual French and Dutch with strong language skills in German
  • SAP is a plus
  • At least 3 years experience in the customer service (or similar position as sales assistant)
