Our client, a Belgian manufacturer and distributor of advanced lubricants, is actively looking for a Sales Support Coordinator as an extension of the current team. This company has a very international scope and is fast growing.

Currently they are looking for a new colleague to expand and support the International Key Accounts. You will manage a small team as well.

The company is located in the region of Hoboken and can easily be reached by car. The connection with public transport is less evident.

Customer Service Coordinator - International Key Accounts

Job description

1. Contract Management

  • Follow up prospect leads, you will be the first point of contact for prospection

  • Support the KAM on the launch of new customers - major projects

  • Follow up of the SLA's made with the (new) ditributors and translate it in the rest of the organization - close link with order-ro-cash management

  • Build up strong relationship with external sales team to fully support their clients on commercial & technical matters
  • Support all commercial activities for the customers in your region: pricing management and relationship management

2. Product & Pricing Management

    • Product range set up for new customers

    • Labeling projects for new customers

  • Price setting (together with external sales) : define margins & communicate to customers

3. Sales Support and Supply

  • Close communication & collaboration with sales support to make sure all customer insights are communicated in a fluent matter- and flows back towards the KAM

  • Monitor contract & agreement flow with distribution centers

4. Reporting/Budgets

  • Forecasting (set-up & monthly adjustments ) in collaboration with demand planner and the order management teams

  • Preparation sales results

  • Report status to all stakeholders

  • Margin analysis

  • Conclusions & strategy adaptation

5. Management

  • Coaching, monitoring and managing 3 teammembers


  • You have relevant experience in Customer Service positions (order to cash)

  • You are used to work with international key accounts
  • You speak fluent English and French, knowledge of German is a, added value
  • You like internal (traffic department, sales, marketing) and external (clients, distributors) contact
  • Knowledge of SAP is a plus
