Job description

As a Controller (M/F/X), your tasks will include:

Ensures excellent confirm to invoice process, responds efficiently to customer inquiries, and maintains high customer satisfaction;
Prepares special reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information;
Finalizes income and revenue on shipments;
Supervises and monitors shipments, charges, and AWB costs;
Executes a confirm to invoice process;
Checks AWB costs invoices and updates the system accordingly;
Controls customer's requests regarding any change in income/costs while informing the sales team or commercial manager;
Follows department procedures, guidelines, and policies;
Supervises and manages the controllers' team, including tasks and duties;
Maintains controllers' team job results by coaching, disciplining employees, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.

Profile

For this Operations coordinator position (M/F/X), you have the following qualifications:

bachelor's degree in International Trade or Logistics;
proficiency in English and French, both written and spoken. Knowledge of another language is an asset;
strong phone contact handling skills and active listening;
familiarity with ERP/ CRM systems and practices;
strong ability to pay attention to details, concentration, and accuracy;
ability to execute on multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment;
excellent teamwork skills;
open minded and willing to learn;
energetic with strong work ethic;
ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
