Computer Systems Analyst

• Experienced full stack developer with .NET MVC, javascript, jquery, bootstrap, SQL expertise to develop custom applications to power diplomacy. 
• Experience using Visual Studio and git-based code repository for group projects a must. 
• Cloud platform experience with MS Azure, and mobile app development skills in iOS, Android or Xamarin a big plus.

Education: 
Completion of college or 2 years of post-secondary education

Experience:
Five years of progressively increasing experience in the field of software development.

Language skills:
fluency in English; good working knowledge in Dutch or French.

Job knowledge:

• Good knowledge of programming methodologies, web technologies and content management systems. 
• Knowledge of MS SharePoint development, Microsoft SQL, full stack web development, web development on Microsoft Azure PaaS cloud platform, mobile app development. 
• Experience using Visual Studio for .NET environment and version control git-based code repository for software development projects. 
• Knowledge of user interface design principles, human centered design, and prototyping practices. 
• Knowledge of agile methodologies.

Skills and abilities:

• Strong ability in programming languages and frameworks including ability to build and deploy applications. 
• Demonstrated experience in database design and implementation including relational database design, SQL, and object relationship modeling techniques. 
• Ability to analyze and resolve highly technical and complex database problems, ability to synthesize and present information orally and in writing, abiity to work independently. 
• Must possess strong interpersonal skills to work with clients at all levels.
