Commissioning and Qualification Engineer

Are you the qualification and commissioning engineer we are looking for? 

Responsible for commissioning and qualification on CAPEX projects within the area of following disciplines:

• Process Piping (GMP and non-GMP)
• HVAC installations
• Clean rooms
• Civil
• Utility Equipment

Maintenance & Calibration:

• Create / maintain / verify engineering documents (protocols, drawings, lists, schedules, diagrams, layouts, calculations, datasheets)

Project Engineering & Control:

• Prepare Project Quality Plan
• Perform project HSE management
• Develop Project Commission Plan
• Prepare Equipment Specifications and System Requirements in project (e.g. User Requirement Specification)
• Prepare, review and approve drawings, lists, schedules, diagrams, layouts, calculations and datasheets in project
• Develop test specification / plan for commissioning & qualification in projects
• Rerform new equipment FAT / SAT / inspections in project
• Perform commission activities

(Re-) Qualification:

• Develop qualification plan
• Perform GMP risk assessments (incl. Sensors SRA)
• Create DQ, IQ and OQ protocols
• Execute DQ, IQ and OQ
• Create DQ, IQ and OQ reports

Education (minimum/desirable): Degree in engineering (Dipl. Ing. / M. Sc. / B. Sc.) or equivalent.

Languages: Fluent in English and proficient in local language.

Relevant Experiences:

• 3 - 5 years of engineering experience
• Broad interdisciplinary knowledge
• Extended HSE and GxP/QA knowledge
