Job description
Do you have relevant experience in the field of commercial law and business contracts?
Can you work under pressure and prioritize workload?
Willing to travel on a European-wide basis?
If so, you’re the Legal Expert we’re looking for!
- As a Commercial Contracts Lawyer you provide legal support to different business units within the McBride Group.
- You provide a professional legal service to the business with particular emphasis on the European McBride Group companies.
- In order to protect the interests of McBride Group, you provide adequate and pragmatic legal support in different jurisdictions and languages.
- You draft and review a variety of contracts across Europe.
- As a Commercial Contracts Lawyer you assist with corporate, strategic and ad hoc projects from a legal perspective.
Profile
- As a Commercial Contracts Lawyer, you possess an European Master of Laws degree.
- Proven experiences in business law and strong business acumen are required.
- You preferably have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally gained in an in-house legal position (preferably within the retail or FMCG-sector).
- Your strong interpersonal skills enable you to stand firm on issues when necessary.
- With your organisational skills, you’re confident in working under pressure and prioritizing workload in a changing fast-paced environment.
- You’re flexible and open to travel on a European-wide basis.
- As a Commercial Contracts Lawyer, you have excellent and clear written and spoken communication skills in English.
