Job description

We are looking for a positive enthusiastic engineer who is willing to join us on our journey to become the reference for Cloud Native application hosting and development.

The team you take part in delivers engineering solutions and maintenance towards multiple business units and departments. As such, you will have to deal with multiple customer bases, each having their own set of requirements and time constraints. This also implies that processes such as incident, release management, disaster recovery and the scope of work can be volatile as this is a young platform in a highly evolving ecosystem.

Cloud Native design Experience in agile wow Kubernetes (OpenShift) Jenkins Docker ElasticSearch / Kibana Metricbeat / Filebeat Prometheus Network knowledge (VPC, Cidr, routing, Direct Connect) Azure: Cloud Portal, CLI, ARM templates, Azure DevOps AWS: portal, CLI, Cloudformation, IAM, EMR Powershell Python Ansible Git Jira, Confluence Centralized authentication (eg Active Directory/LDAP, Kerberos, SAML) Databases (eg PostgreSQL, MariaDB, MySql, SQL Server, Oracle)



Help define and review cloud strategies and architectures

Work closely with application architects, analysts, engineers and owners to gather system requirements

Participate in agile ceremonies (eg refinement, planning, review, …)

Design solutions for business projects

Create scripts and templates for automatic provisioning of resources

Build next gen cloud-native platforms

Document and transfer the necessary knowledge to operations and other engineering teams

Monitor consumption of cloud resources, request fulfillment turnaround, application performance, and systems security

Define and follow-up processes and standards for optimal use of cloud service provider offerings

Identify standard cloud services offerings

Solve L3 incidents and problems
