We are looking for candidates mastering French or Dutch, or bilingual, together with a good command of English (oral and written). Client Advisor

Job description

As a Client Advisor, you will be an ambassador of the Brand, ensuring that every Client is treated according to the Louis Vuitton promise. You will be responsible for answering all incoming contacts from clients via multiple platforms (phone, email & written social media). You will make the difference by developping a loyal client base and maximizing each sales opportunity. You will advise and guide clients into the Brand universe, ensuring the most qualitative service is delivered to each of them.

Profile

The ideal candidate will possess a previous experience in the Luxury, Retail, Hospitality or Client-facing industries. You hold a strong passion for fashion and luxury. This position also requires you to be fluent with IT tools and to hold strong interpersonal skills.

Upon joining, you will be provided two weeks of paid training and given the adequate tools to provide expert advice and guidance to all client inquiries. Working Hours: 38 hours/week on a rotational shift pattern. Please be advised that this will include evening shifts (until 8PM), as well as availability to work both weekends and public holidays. Upon successful completion of the onboarding, you will be eligible to Louis Vuitton’s work from home policy (3 days in the office and 2 days from home).
