As CFO you will be a key player in Finance.
You'll be contributing to a variety of projects, while developing your skills and reaching new levels of expertise.

You will be responsible for :
- You will join an international environment.
- You will function as the right hand of the CEO and be part of the management team.
- You contribute to the further strategic growth and expansion of the company and are responsible for the daily financial management.
- You provide the necessary figures. Your expertise guarantees adequate risk management and investment strategies.
- With your team and thanks to input from your management team colleagues, you take day-to-day responsibility for reporting, accounting, controlling, financing, cash flow planning and treasury.
- In addition to ultimate responsibility for the periodic monthly and year-end closing, as finance lead you will play a key role in setting up and implementing the budgeting and consolidation process.
- You will provide advice and forecasts based on business analysis with regard to forecasting, margin analysis, productivity, headcount and cost structure for the various entities within the holding company.
- You build on the current treasury policy by closely monitoring and analysing cash flow planning and working capital management;
- When a Finance process is not running optimally, you spontaneously look for other solutions/software to make the process run more efficiently. In doing so, you take into account long-term ambitions to set up future-proof procedures and structures.
- You take on the role of project leader in optimising accounting procedures and improvement projects.
Profile
- As CFO, you hold a Master's degree in Finance, Management or Economics and can look back on great experience within an international environment
- You can motivate, inspire and inform people, in short you are a real team manager
- You can rely on your strong analytical thinking skills
- You are punctual as well as problem-solving
- You understand revenue and cost lines that make up an organisation's SaaS model.
- You know how to get things done, take responsibility and can set deadlines and priorities.
- As CFO, you are fluent in Dutch, French and English.
