Business Process Manager Service

TVH Group is an international group with customers in more than 170 countries and is divided in two business units: TVH Parts Holding and Mateco Holding. TVH Parts is the one stop shop for parts and attachments for material handling, industrial and agricultural equipment. TVH Equipment is the Belgian branch of Mateco Holding and is divided in three main activities: sales, rental and service. In addition TVH has a training centre (TVH Academy), where they offer driving lessons and technical trainings. Three years ago Q.One, an ambitious IT program for digitising all TVH Equipment branches on an international scale was introduced. To reinforce the Q.One program and TVH Equipment we are looking for a (m/f) Business Process Manager Service.

Job description

  • You are responsible for the strategic alignment between the operational units for the service business processes, and you assure the IT systems are implemented accordingly.
  • You generate a clear overview of all business processes in the services domain, you analyse them and you introduce a more efficient and preferred way of working.
  • Most importantly, you drive the changes and best practices throughout all service teams. You advise business process owners on the implementation of changes and you ensure guidance according to the local needs and markets.
  • You manage strategic and tactical decisions on change in the IT products. You ensure IT developments are of high quality and are relevant to the business needs.
  • You implement a KPI network and thus measure the impact of IT changes and the adoption of these changes.
  • You market the digital assets to internal and external customers. You make sure changes are supported.
  • You report directly to the CIO of the Mateco Holding.

Profile

  • You combine a master’s degree with an extensive experience/knowledge in a relevant business process (aftermarket services).
  • You are an experienced change management professional and like to work in a rapidly changing, complex and global company. You also enjoy travelling (30%).
  • You are experienced in implementing and optimising processes.
  • You like people. You have strong and agile communication skills in order to understand the needs and to convince business process owners to adopt change. You are a trusted sparring partner.
  • You are familiar with IT systems (Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, etc.) and you are methodical in your approach.
