Area Sales Manager (m/w/d)

Area Sales Manager (m/w/d)

Job description

  • Looking after and advising our customers (architects, builders, specialist dealers and operators)
  • Expanding and looking after existing and potential customer contacts and business partners
  • Strengthening the brand and market presence
  • Carrying out market and competition observations
  • Full responsibility for turnover in the sales area
  • Research and acquisition of relevant construction sites
  • Placing tenders for the HEWI program
  • Following up, processing and implementing the turnover of the transferred properties


  • Successfully completed specialist training or university degree with an emphasis on business management with a marketing and sales focus or similar
  • Alternatively, extensive experience in a comparable role in the field of sales of high-quality brands
  • Ideally many years of professional experience in the sanitation, heating and air conditioning field in industry or wholesale
  • Experience in the property business with hospitals, rehabilitation centres, care homes or hotels desirable
  • Business fluent in French, and knowledge of Dutch, if necessary good German skills
  • An eye of design, stylistic language and presentation (architecture also welcomed)
  • Team spirit, organisational skills and a high degree of proactivity
  • Persuasive and sociable individual focussed on marketing
