Job description

The key responsibilities will be the following:

  • Travel and hotel arrangements
  • Invoices and claims entry and follow-up
  • Take minutes of meetings
  • Support the team in the follow-up of e-mails
  • Go-to person for logistical questions


The successful candidate has the following characteristics:

  • Fluent in English
  • Either fluent in Dutch or French
  • Experience in administration or other relevant supportive functions
  • Hands-on mentality
  • Assertive personality
  • Responsible attitude
  • Work autonomously
