In the role of Account Manager Digital Solutions at Equans Digital BeLux in Brussels, you are the partner for our customers and play a key role in laying the foundation for their digital transition. You build sustainable relationships and initiate the first contacts, which are later developed further by our internal experts. Thanks to your commercial flair, technical interest, and smooth communication, you know how to engage customers and build trust.

What will you do?
  • build relationships: you build relationships at all levels, from operational teams to management teams, and gain trust from various stakeholders
  • network and represent: you attend events and networking meetings to raise the visibility of Equans Digital and establish new contacts
  • create opportunities: you identify customer needs and market trends and bring them together in valuable proposals
  • collaborate: you work closely with internal teams to relay customer information and prepare solutions
  • promote our solutions: you emphasize the operational and financial added value of our digital solutions and guide customers in their decision-making process

Profile

What do you need to succeed in this role?
  • a degree in a technical, commercial, or related field; or equivalent experience
  • at least 3 years of experience in a commercial or technical sales role, preferably in a digital or technological environment
  • strong social skills: you are a natural networker and know how to engage people
  • interest in digitalization and technological innovation
  • a results-oriented mindset and the ability to build trust
  • fluent in Dutch and French; English is a plus
