Job description


You are the dedicated contact person for a portfolio of Medium to Large Accounts
You offer the best and most suitable solution and provide information on all kind of questions/service requests coming from your customer
You feel responsible for your own portfolio but also for the end-result of the team objectives. You act as back up of your colleagues


What will you do?

You answer to questions by phone or email and provide an adequate solution in a minimum of time, following predefined Service Level Agreements and processes.
You build up a commercial and strong relationship with your customer.
You keep your knowledge on the specificities of your portfolio up-to-date and share it with your team. You feel responsible for your own portfolio but also for the end-result of the team objectives. You act as backup of your colleagues.
You preserve end-to-end follow-up (ownership), if necessary by contacts with second.
You handle all necessary administration and ensure updates of customer information in the different IT systems.
You take all needed actions in order to improve the satisfaction of the customer.


Your profile:

You have ideally 1 to 3 years’ experience in customer care/call centre
You have a good knowledge of Orange Products & Services (ideal)
You are used to communicate in Dutch and French and has a good written knowledge of English
As Customer Service Representative, you are a dynamic person who is customer minded and you have a proactive attitude
