De functie

Our social secretariat provides tailored advice and the necessary means to simplify the life of our clients. We guide them to lift their HR policy to the top.

We are currently looking for a new colleague for the following responsibilities:
  • The core of your function is the calculation and payment of the salaries of your international clients. On top of that, you analyse the provided data, you draw conclusions and propose solutions according to the client’s needs.
  • Your goal is to become the HR partner for our international clients and to develop a trust relationship.
  • You assist and advice your clients proactively about their staff management to optimize his HR development.
  • Beyond the calculation of salaries, you keep your eyes open for business opportunities, which you will pass on to our sales department.
  • In order to guarantee a top-quality service, we will make sure that your knowledge of social legislation is always kept up to date with different training.
  • You work from our office in Leuven or Wavre.


Uw profiel
  • You have minimum 2 years experiences with processing payroll and workforce management and are willing to use these competences while working with international clients.
  • To make your day a success, you are flexible and organized and can easily manage your stress
  • Support and be supported by your colleagues, for you this is teamwork and you concentrate your work to achieve results. 
  • You combine assertiveness with commercial insight which makes you  a trustworthy partner for our clients.
  • You describe yourself as meticulous, comfortable with numbers and open to new computer technologies
  • You are a good communicator and open for feedback from client and colleagues.
  • You have good knowledge of  Dutch, French and English both orally and written.
