Job description

The company is looking for a Junior Account Manager to act as the first point of contact with the Social Marketeers answer their queries and increase satisfaction levels. If you enjoy coming up with effective solutions and working toward achieving goals this job is right for you. You will use your excellent communication skills to identify and manage our key Social Marketers? expectations and represent the brand in a positive way. In addition the company will require you to manage business development leads and opportunities. Previous customer service experience will be an advantage. Ultimately you will contribute to building profitable long-term relationships with our Social Marketers to reach our business objectives. Your responsibilities are:
  • Contact Social Marketers to understand their requirements and needs.
  • Define track and report KPI information on assigned Social Marketers.
  • Work closely with Business Analyst to create relevant data sets and interpret business development trends.
  • Provide after-sales support to retain Social Marketeers.
  • Ensure prompt and accurate answers to Social Marketeers? queries.
  • Build strong relationships through regular communication.
  • Suggest and promote company products/services that maximize satisfaction.
  • Communicate to key Social Marketers product updates and business-related information clearly and in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with Management team to create customized business incentives/promotions.
  • Pivotal in identifying and promoting individual Social Marketer business progression.
Is fully familiar with and able to explain all elements of the Social Marketer earning plan and company policies and procedures. Manage all queries in relation to these.
  • Represent the brand and promote the business opportunity at Social Marketer and corporate events.

Profile

  • Candidates with relevant commercial experience and demonstrable achievements in a similar role.
  • University degree or relevant business training an advantage.
  • Experience with CRM software and Microsoft office applications.
  • Understanding of business development principles and ability to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills including verbal and written communication presentation negotiation and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure with a high degree of professionalism.
  • Discretion and the ability to deal with sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Good time-management skills with a problem-solving attitude.

For this job we are looking for candidates that are fluent in English and German.
