With a university degree in Human Resources, or equivalent by experience, you have approximately 8 to 10 years of experience in developing and delivering robust and strategic HR business plans. You have experience with HR transformations and with developing and implementing HR policies. Knowledge of SME characteristics is a strong asset. A solid experience in talent management and retention is needed.
You are a diplomatic and pro-active individual with good leadership and persuasive skills. You are customer oriented, agile and a real people manager. You are a team player with a solution oriented attitude.
You are fluent in Dutch and English and you have good knowledge of MS Office.
