For a maternity leave replacement, we are looking for an HR specialist for a 5-month temporary replacement. You will be responsible for the smooth organisation of the HR administration as well as the entire recruitment process.
In this role you will report to the HR Manager and have the following responsibilities:
· Manage recruitments from A to Z, i.e. intake with line manager, draft job descriptions, searching and screening of CV’s and interviewing candidates
· Act as single point of contact with recruitment agencies when necessary
· Ensure smooth onboarding and follow-up of new hires
· Manage HR administration (Update SAP HR, handle leave requests, insurances follow-up, assist in monthly payroll preparation, …)
· Organize trainings to support and develop employees
· Manage internal communication (monthly HR news, ad hoc subjects)
