HR Operations Coordinator Assistant

Job description

  • Responsible for maintaining all process and procedure manuals (country guides)
  • Proactively seeking to ensure continual improvement of all processes
  • To work collaboratively with Payroll and across the business to deliver an efficient, fair and consistent service.
  • Answer queries and issues where necessary
  • To undertake other responsibilities as and when required
  • Conduct monthly audits for all transactions (system & paperwork)
  • Undertaking occasional designated project work
  • Taking every opportunity to promote and improve the Company’s image as a prospective employer


  • You already have a first relevant experience in a similar position, ideally with autonomy and knowledge about the Belgian labour law.
  • SAP mastering would be interesting but not mandatory.
  • You speak fluently French and English, and you have a good level in Dutch.
  • The role requires excellent attention to detail, a methodical and intelligent approach to your work, professional communication skills with the ability to converse with people at all levels of seniority.
