As an HR Generalist(Full-time or Part-time), you will manage, develop and harmonize the Human Capital Development for the company (4 Countries). You contribute actively to the development of the human resources processes group in a dynamic and a European professional services organization.
- You make sure the HR strategy and the processes are aligned with the strategy of the Management in order to reach the yearly growing objectives of the Group.
As HR Advisor you are also the person of contact of the employees and play an important role for all their HR queries. Precisely the function includes the following responsibilities:
- You develop, implement and coordinate the HR processes (Career Management, Reward Management, Training management, Personal & Administration support, Contract management, etc.),
- You contribute to the employee development by developing and coordinating career objectives and training plan,
- You will implement the Human Capital Development strategy across the Group and support the Partners by taking into account the specificity within the different entities.
