Examples of HR interim projects are:
- Temporary assignments to replace an HR professional (HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, Recruiter);
- Handling company’s payroll
- Replace the HR Manager during maternity leave;
- a mid-sized company wants long-term general HR assistance for 3 days a week.
- Replace the HR Compensation & Benefits Officer during a long term absence
- Assist the client on specific projects
- Assist the client to absorb temporary extra workload
One of our key values is flexibility. Some projects require full-time availability of the interim professional, whereas others can be carried out during a mutually agreed upon number of days per week or per month.
