Our client is situated in Anderlecht and looking for a HR Coordinator (M/F) with a Bachelor's degree and already one year of experience in HR.

Job description

The scope of responsibilities for this position as a HR Coordinator (M/F) includes:

* You will assist with administration including social documents and insurance documents;
* You will assist in absence reporting: follow up and record absences in the Protime-system (vacation requests, sick leave, etc.);
* You will follow up with the Line Managers and individual employees;
* You will assist in the follow-up of temporary contracts and invoicing, liaising with both the Associate Director Brussels and the interim agencies;
* You will report any discrepancies to the Associate Director Brussels and the Payroll & Administration Manager;
* You are responsible for personnel administration;
* You prepare and send welcome mail and package to new hires;
* You create and administer the e-files in HR database for new hires;
* You support HR administration in the recruitment scheduling interviews, organize testing, prepare offer file based on oracle report;
* You provide administrative support for offers, contracts, addendums, promotions, salary and bonus reviews etc.;
* You are responsible for the follow up and filing of performance review forms;
* Social events: follow up on birthdays, weddings, births, funerals and special occasions by ordering flowers, cards etc. on behalf of the company.

Profile

The required qualifications for this position as a HR Coordinator (M/F) are:

* You obtained a Bachelor's degree;
* You already have one year of experience in HR;
* You have an excellent knowledge of Dutch, French and English;
* You have a very good knowledge of MS Office;
* The knowledge of Protime and/or eBlox is a big plus;
* You are eager to learn and to develop within a global environment;
* You are discrete with a certain level of maturity;
* You like to work with figures;
* You word customer and service-oriented;
* Multicultural awareness;
* You are open-minded and able to think outside of the box with a 'can do' attitude;
* You are immediately available.
