Together with a team of 2 enthusiastic and dynamic colleagues you are responsible for attracting candidates and matching them to temporary or permanent positions with client companies. You work with employers and candidate jobseekers, building relationships in order to gain a better understanding of recruitment needs and available competencies.
The role is diverse and involves:
- Attracting candidates through all available recruitment channels (job boards, social media, websites, campus recruitment, networking, etc.);
- Receiving and reviewing candidate applications, managing interviews and tests and creating a shortlist of candidates for the client;
- Taking initiatives to effectively manage the talent in the candidate database;
- Actively searching for suitable candidates to match the right person to the right vacancy;
- Developing and maintaining good relationships with clients and candidates through professionalism and constant engagement;
- Actively participating in commercial activities to ensure the further development of the agency.
