HR Administrator with English and French

Job description

  • Respond to HR administration related inquiries; 
  • Create and issue employment contracts; 
  • Maintain records of personnel-related data (payroll, personal information, new starters, leavers etc.) in both paper and on the HR system and ensure all employment requirements are met;
  • Process Belgium payroll;
  • Provide information to central HQ teams as required;
  • Liaise with other departments or functions (payroll, benefits etc.).


  • Fluent English and good conversational French;
  • Knowledge of payroll and HR administration practices; 
  • Strong ability in using MS Office and Google Suite (Google drive, Google docs, Google sheets etc); 
  • Experience with HR databases and HRIS systems, preferably Workday; 
  • Ability to work with ATS software, preferably Greenhouse; 
  • Ability to handle data with confidentiality; 
  • Good organizational and time management skills; 
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
