This position reports to the Supervisory Realty Specialist and serves as the administrative assistant for the Housing section. The incumbent’s principal duties are to act as the Proximus COR, handling the full Proximus portfolio, making sure that Proximus meets their contractual obligations, verifying the invoices for the 260 residential phone lines, reporting discrepancies and requesting the necessary corrections. The jobholder will also be the primary Housing point of contact for newcomers and their sponsors. Assumes full range of Housing Assistants’ responsibilities in their absence. Manages the Joint Administrative Services (JAS) Housing SharePoint site.
Education: Secondary/High School diploma.
Experience: Minimum two years’ experience as an office manager or customer service manager in a large office.
Job Knowledge: Desktop PC operations and software packages, including MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook and SharePoint. Basic knowledge on Networking (ADSL, Cable, Wireless, …) and telecom providers. Knowledge of all housing operations.
Language Skills: Level 4 (Fluent) in English, French and Dutch.
Skills and Abilities: Good typing skills, knowledge of office machine operations. Must possess good organizational and analytical skills and have a customer-oriented attitude, including a facility in relating to customers. Training skills.
Replacement contract position with a maximum duration of two years.
