You are responsible for meeting the sales targets
of Immoweb with professional customers (real estate agents & property developers).
To that extent, you lead a team of 10 account managers and sales support team (2 colleagues):
One of the most important tasks is to motivate & inspire the team to go the extra mile, to build a true a “ winning mindset”/”can do” attitude in the team. Our sales team with many experienced colleagues is our unique competitive advantage, hence it’s key you unlock their full potential.
You are actively involved in the sales process , at least one full day a week on the road together with team members, both to meet customers and to “lead by example”.
You set individual objectives for every team member
You strike an adequate balance between empowerment of the team vs. supervision to ensure the team delivers desired results: you track performance & sales activity, collaborate closely throughout the year with each colleague, provide regular feedback & coaching, decide on regional sales tactics & approaches.
You are not only responsible for selling, but also for maintaining and improving customer relationships.
You generate leads and opportunities for your team and for the organization
You ensure the necessary data & records are stored and used, through the use of a pragmatic CRM tool, being put in place
You define the sales approach and then “make it happen”
You are the driving factor in our annual sales cycle (pre-sales, seasonal campaigns, upsell, …)
You define and operationalize the sales coverage model (mapping of customers/meeting frequency/customer segments/hunting-farming approaches; key account vs. account mgmt.)
As a Head of Sales, you are keen to collaborate effectively with colleagues & peers @Immoweb (Business Development, Business intelligence, Marketing, …)
