Are you passionate about the world of business, and are you great at connecting and enthusing colleagues and getting them ready to go? We have some great news for you, because the Sales Management department of the Bank for Entrepreneurs is looking to recruit a new "Head of Community Management"

As part of the MT Sales of the Bank for Entrepreneurs, you and the other management team members and stakeholders in the commercial network (18 Directors of the Bank for Entrepreneurs Centre) will be responsible for developing and implementing our business strategy.

The Bank for Entrepreneurs boasts a portfolio of 420,000 entrepreneurs, ranging from the self-employed to professionals and SMEs (with a maximum turnover of €7.5 million). Some segments have been formed within these groups of customers, and we have developed a specific approach for each of them. These approaches can be found in the Community Management block:

  • Communities:
    • Starters
    • Innovation Hubs
    • Medicals
    • Social Entrepreneurs
  • Agriculture
  • Local & Small Public
Your regular place of work will be Brussels, but you will be required to visit other regions regularly.

Job description

Your future job
Your department is made up of 3 large blocks: ommunities / Agriculture / Local & Small Public
On the one hand, you will act as a sounding board/coach/people manager for the responsible Agri & Small/Local Public as well as for the team coach, responsible for the communities, and, on the other, you will promote collaboration between the Sales Department and other entities. To this end, you will regularly maintain contacts with the other stakeholders within BfE (commercial network and HQ) and you will be responsible for achieving the established commercial targets.
Summary of the most important responsibilities:
  • Managing 3 blocks within Community Management
  • Achieving commercial targets
  • Developing and implementing the commercial strategy
  • Developing an offer together with Value Proposition
  • Implementing an operational structure at HQ from the sales segment with other services
  • Coordinating the commercial network
  • Developing expertise within communities
  • Building a relationship with commercial stakeholders based on trust

Profile

Highlight your strengths
  • University Degree - minimum 10 years' experience (of which 5 as a peoplemanager)
  • Language proficiency : FR/NL/ENG
  • Essential IT knowledge : Microsoft Office
  • Ability to create a vision
  • Knowledge of Belgian entrepreneurial landscape
  • Sales experience
