Every year we send invoices to more than 1 million customers, for each of these invoices we need to ensure timely and accurate payment. We receive an important number of calls within our customer service team as people question validity or seek clarification. On top, the department plays a key role in safeguarding our financial performance, customer experience and operational efficiency.
It goes without words that the Billing & Collection department has a central place in our company and that you can become a key player in this story.
Within the department you will coordinate and manage the different applications, projects and processes to gain maximum operational efficiency, revenues and quality service.
Within this role you will participate to the installation and maintenance of all systems in your field that also get accessed by other departments, such as Customer Care. Focus goes to the reduction of workload, the improvement of operational efficiency and the reduction of incoming calls.
