Job description

- Handling the customer order from A to Z (entry, invoicing, claims)

- Occasional visits on the field

- Internal relationship and teamwork

- Advise and give information to the client (prices, promotions, discount system ...)


- You have a perfect knowledge of French, Germand and English (Dutch knowledge is a huge +)

- You have between 2 and 5 years of experience as customer service

- You have already worked with an ERP system

- You are proactive, organised, precise with excellent relational capabilities.
