Finance and Administration Manager

Job description

As a Finance and Administration Manager you will be responsible for:

Operations:

  • Assist and advise Partners in clients' deals and assignments;
  • Monitor financials of clients' projects: profitability, timely invoicing and prompt payment;
  • Maintenance of Management Operating System;

Accounting & Reporting:

  • Supported by an accountant;
  • In charge of Month end Closing and monthly reporting and quarterly consolidation;
  • Tax management;
  • Successful completion of audits;

HR:

  • Supported by an HR assistant;
  • Preparation and supervision of the payroll;
  • Employment contracts;
  • In charge of fleet management;
  • Insurance contracts maintenance and update;

Controlling & Finance:

  • In charge of monthly management accounts, forecasting and budgeting;
  • Analysis and subsequent review with management;
  • In charge of local treasury management; local relation with banks, auditors, tax and legal advisors and the reinforcement on internal controls;

Office management:

  • Responsible for Facilities;
  • Supervision of IT and of a pool of 4 assistants;

Profile

The required profile for the Finance and Administration Manager position:

  • Degree in finance or accounting;
  • Minimum 10-15 years relevant work experience;
  • Fluent in English - verbal and written;
  • Bi-lingual preferred but not compulsory;
  • Experience in a multinational company preferred;
  • Knowledge of local GAAP accounting procedures and standards;
  • Knowledge of IFRS reporting requirements;
