Finance Admin Assistant English speaking

Job description

  • Collect and process suppliers' and customer's invoices; 
  • Check of travel expenses and other costs;
  • Follow-up of timesheets' approval; 
  • Correspondence, reminders and complaint letters, mail merge; 
  • Update of databases for suppliers/customers; 
  • Office management requirements and orders; 
  • Filing and Archiving; 
  • Back-up of the reception desk.


  • You have a strong numerical affinity and are at ease with figures; 
  • You have excellent verbal and written English skills - preferably native English (proficiency in French and other languages an advantage); 
  • You have an excellent knowledge of modern office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, internet); 
  • Having experience in a similar position in a finance environment is an advantage; 
  • You are organized and efficient; 
  • You are motivated and able to work on own initiative and within a team.
