Legal Secretary

Job description

  • You will provide administrative support to lawyers and will deal with correspondence (typing, use of digital dictation).
  • You will execute basic reproduction work such as printing, copying, binding, faxing and scanning.
  • You will be responsible for the filing of documents.
  • You will organise meetings, travel and conference calls.


  • You preferably have a bachelor degree in administration/management assistant.
  • A thorough knowledge of English is an absolute must.
  • You have a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • You have excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage time to complete multiple tasks and prioritise efficiently under pressure.
  • You demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills and are able to develop relationships with people of all levels and deal with them professionally at all times.
  • You demonstrate proactivity and enthusiasm and have a positive can-do attitude.
  • You have an excellent attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in a similar position in another law firm is an asset
