Our client is one of the world reference in small domestic equipment.
Today they are looking for a E-Key Account Manager to reinforce their team. In
that role, your goal is to contribute in sustaining and growing the business to achieve long-term success.

Job description

As E- Key Account Manager you will support the Sr Key Account Managers team and you will have the following responsibilities:

  • You will ensure the realization of the annual commercial targets (per client) while respecting the brands and the company strategy
  • You will do the follow-up and support the District Managers visiting the MediaMarkt stores
  • You will create and implement a network of retailers (Eldi, Makro SDA,...) and will be responsible for promotional actions
  • You will negotiate with the central purchase group
  • You will negotiate margins and volumes
  • You will build the Key Account Plan (by developing a strategic vision with you clients)
  • You will provide sales forecast for the > 3 months (catalogues and regular products range)
  • You will also implement the products in the on-line channels (MediaMarkt, Vanden Borre websites)
  • You will work in close collaboration with the marketing team in order to optimize the products distribution within the retailers brands portfolio
  • You are transparent by giving information about the products, the competition
  • You will liaise closely with all the internal departments (logistics, finance, SAV,…)


  • You hold a University degree (ideally in Business Management, Economics, Marketing,..)
  • You are perfect in Dutch and fluent in French and English
  • A first successful experience as Sales Account or Key Account Manager,
    preferably in the FMCG sector or Consumer Electronics / Durables
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Able to handle high workloads in a short-term period
  • Stress resistant
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment, within a global and structured organization
  • You are proactive, dynamic, open-minded, curious and rigorous
  • Eager to learn
  • You master Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point)
