E-commerce Administrative Assistant
To help with the optimization of our online shop and identify the current marketing activities our client is looking for an e-multitasker to develop the e-commerce department.
-You will be responsible for the look and feel of the webshop, the uploading and management of the articles of the webshop.
-You ensure follow-up of existing and new customers, orders, and posting of new products.
-Responsible for follow up of the Mailbox for incoming orders, and process the orders for shipment.
-Write and photograph the new products for presentation on the website.
-Develop a social media strategy (facebook, instagram and linkedin) and actions aimed at stimulating and optimizing the sales of our products.
-Creative input to shape the product-merchandising content.
-You speak fluent English, Italian and/or Spanish are a plus.
-You have a diploma in one of the following; administration, communication management, marketing, or previous experience in e-commerce.
-You are driven and result-oriented and ready to take responsibilities.
-You are creative and all-rounder in the field of online marketing.
-You are prepared to contribute in the organization of fairs.
-You are an ambitious person who likes facing new challenges.
-Experience with photoshop and photography is a big plus.
-Strong communication skills and creative.
