Job description

Your mission
  • steering and coordinating of governance, demand and delivery for all Digital/IT related domains of RES (workplace management, infrastructure, End-user service, digital applications,…) within the framework defined by IS BU Benelux and ENGIE Corporate
  • responsible for developing and implementing the Digital/IT roadmap of RES Belux aiming at: 
    • developing automation solutions and digital tools to support and improve RES Belux business processes (support, project development, construction, operations, HSE,…)
    • enhancing data analytics and data management processes within RES Belux, by developing data governance, data processing and tools for analytics and reporting
    • automating reporting processes
    • improve Document Management
    • project management of IT projects
    • technical advisory to translate business requirements into IT solutions
    • responsible for Digital and IT budget
    • management of SLAs and service providers
    • further development of a network of experts (ENGIE IT, IS BU Benelux, ENGIE Lab, BU RES France IS, external service providers,...) in different domains ( architecture, apps, CS, network, cloud,...)
  • CISO RES Belux: creating and implementing a strategy for the deployment of information security management within RES
    • ensure compliance with BU guidelines and requirements
    • managing the IT security experts and advisors
    • educating the organisation about the latest security strategies communicate on security threats
    • performing IT security risk assessments and monitoring security vulnerabilities and hacking threats in network and host systems
  • develop and roll out the RES Digital/IT roadmap in close cooperation with the Business and supported by the Digital Engineer:
    • define digitalization projects with the business teams
    • implement identified projects
    • train and stimulate the RES employees for digitalization
    • innovate on IT solutions for RES business
    • represent the RES Users in the different workgroups and communities in collaboration with the Digital Engineer
    • contribute to the Digital & IT communities
    • ensure that appropriate actions are taken to achieve compliance with Group and Benelux cybersecurity policies
    • ensure that cybersecurity related deliverables are available and verified within projects and change processes
    • ensure cybersecurity awareness actions are triggered on a regular base
    • foresee the needed budgets (when applicable) to guarantee that the Group and Benelux cybersecurity program gets deployed within the Entity perimeter
    • keep track of comprehensive Digital/IT budgets for all Digital/IT run and projects used by the entity
    • ensure operational efficiency through continuous improvement; propose and execute IT cost optimization actions.
    • manage procurement and SLA of IT services

Profile

  • you have a Bachelor or Master Degree or equivalent by experience
  • you have proven experience in Digital/IT management
  • technical/business skills:
    • strategy definition and argumentation
    • IT project management
    • ability to translate strategy into concrete roadmaps
    • technical knowledge related to the Digital/IT ecosystem (Webservices, SQL, cloud, OPC, ODBC, SDSL, VPN,…)
    • IS Service Management
    • sourcing and contracting
    • budgeting (budget, PAMT,...)
    • planning & control
  • behavioural skills:
    • flexibility
    • communication skills
    • convincing
    • creativity
    • autonomous
    • entrepreneurship
  • people management skills: managing a functional project team
  • languages: Dutch, French, English
