Digital Content Coordinator

Job description

You will be responsible to maintain and update the regional Nu Skin websites. You ensure our various websites are clear, correct and appealing to the eye. You will also be responsible for the coordination and implementation of email campaigns.
You will analyze the performance of your digital content campaigns. You actively recommend potential improvements and implement them.

We aim for high-quality, consistent and appealing websites containing correct, complete and accurate information to facilitate easy and user-friendly access for our customers and distributors.

  • Follow up on web coordination requests
  • Create, maintain & update website pages in Content Management System (Adobe Experience Manager) which are user-centric and offer a mobile first approach
  • Coordinate translations, roll-out and publish content

 Qualitative mailing in content and format across devices

  • Follow up on email coordination requests (campaigns, product launches, newsletters, promotions, events)
  • Create appealing mailing campaigns which are user-centric and offer a mobile first approach
  • Coordinate translations and implementation of campaigns

  Quality assurance

  • Perform quality assurance by testing our platforms (website, mobile apps) on functionalities (shopping, sign up, search)
  • Take ownership of QA testing and undertake action while working with the EMEA IT team
  • Report on QA testing results, actions and progress

Analytics from online channels to drive traffic to the website and increase user engagement

  • Extract analytics from our platforms, analyze data and share both data and recommendations with the User Experience Team.
  • Look for improvements and implement them.

 Active member of the Digital Content Coordinators virtual team. The team sits in different offices across EMEA.


  • Bachelor/Master Marketing, IT or Digital
  • 1-2 years in a similar role
  • Understanding of digital marketing concepts, strategy and best practices
  • Interest in new technologies and digital marketing
  • Knowledge of web analytics (Google Analytics) and reporting
  • Understanding of CMS is a plus
  • Understanding of SEO is considered a plus
  • Understanding of CRM and/or Marketing Automation is a plus
  • Experience with working in an international company is a plus
  • Flexibility, proactivity and focus on results
  • Function in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Meet deadlines and eye for detail
  • Focus on internal and external client satisfaction
  • Open mindset focused on opportunities and solutions
  • Fluency in English
  • Excellent team work skills within a virtual, international team as well as within the wider Marketing Department
