You are passionate about media, marketing and communication? You want to work at the core of the sector in Belgium? If your answers are both ‘YES’, this position is for you!

Media Marketing is looking for a talented digital-native to run the community-related activities. The Digital Account Manager position consists in managing the community of subscribers, improving their experience and make it grow. You will report directly to the CEO and work in close relationship with journalists and technical partners (web agencies, CRM partners).

  • Animating and boosting the community of 5,000 professionals from ad agencies, advertisers and media;
  • Ensure high level of customer satisfaction through excellent sales & customer service;
  • Improving the user experience of our subscribers and prospects.
  • CRM management through Teamleader and Actito (database management, updates, improvements, sales pipe, invoicing etc.);
  • Develop new offers and commercial strategies to attract and convert new subscribers;
  • Discover, master and enhance our sales process
  • Provide assistance and information on product features
  • Some analytics
  • You’ll directly work with the CEO



  • At ease with digital and technologies;
  • Analytical mindset (excel);
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Digital marketing skills (emailing, social networks, customer journey).
  • You speak and write well in French and Dutch (English is a plus);
  • You have a Bachelor or Master degree from a Business/Management school;
  • You have previous experience in (online) sales, CRM or business development;
  • You are hands-on, curious, creative and eager to learn;
  • Willingness to work in a small company with a great reputation in its sector;
  • Interest for marketing, media and communication;
  • You have basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
