An international and innovative start-up, pioneer in the digital transformation of the construction sector, is actively looking for a Customer Success Manager (M/F).
 

Customer Success Manager

Job description

- Consulting: Understand the needs, optimize the solution and give an expert point of view in order to help your customer with their digital transformation.
- Project management: Monitoring activity, feedback, interactions with the internal Production and Support teams (project and questions monitoring), Product (user feedback, new products) and Sales (harmonization between the strategy and customer satisfaction).
- Internal improvement: Summarize and promote field feedback, implement a platform for the CS, in order to increase the productivity of the team and standardize best practices.

Profile

- You ideally have several years of experience in assisting customers with digital transformation projects (Counsel, Customer Success, Account Manager...) or any other related experience in the construction, energy, or industry sector.
- You are fluent (written and spoken) in English and Dutch. The knowledge of French would be a big plus. 
- You are a proactive individual with an entrepreneurial and analytical mind.
- You are customer-satisfaction oriented and enjoy being “on the field”.
- You preferably have some prior experience working in a “start up environment”.
 - You are mobile and are able to travel to customers’ work sites.
- You enjoy challenges and are not afraid to work in a rapidly growing and dynamic environment.
