Customer Success Manager - Danish or Swedish speaker
You have several responsibilities:
- You create long term relationships with every clients or prospects, may it be before or after the sales has been done
- To maximise the customer satisfaction, you can do many things: solve problems, guide the customers, make sure they are satisfied and deliver the best service there is !
- You develop the leads into actions
- You are able to train the clients so their use of the product is to its most efficient
- You have other skills, you are hands-on, which can be useful in another team. Because it's a start up, everyone brings new things to the table !
As a true believer of the products you represent, you act as an ambassador and also:
- You speak English and German or Danish or Swedish
- You have a Bachelor or Master in your pocket, in a relevant field such as Marketing, Business, Management
- You don't settle for one mission: the start up spirit will make you many tasks in a fast moving environment
- You are hands-on, an excellent communicator, a fast learner and a true team player
