Manpower is looking for a Customer Care Representative for a Multinational in the region of Groot-Bijgaarden. They have a small Customer Care team looking for a talented representative.

Customer Service Representative (Groot-Bijgaarden)

Job description

As a Customer Service Representative you are in close contact with key account managers and different departments. You are the focal point of contact for customers assigned to you. You do the order-processing from receipt of the orders until invoicing to the final customer. You maintain all Master Data in SAP and other systems. You are responsible for the follow-up and execution of customer orders and ensure that correct products and quantities are supplied on time. As a Customer Service Representative you make sure that correct shipping documents are issued to the customer. You are the central point of contact to the customer and try to keep them informed. You also handle customer problems and are able to remain calm. On top of that you present actions or activities to improve the relationiship with our customers. During meetings you get insight in the strategic plans. In addition to this, you support the design development process.

Profile

You speak English, Dutch and French on a working level. You have your opinion about all kind of processes and want to give input. You have an open-minded personality and are a well organized person. Relevant experience in a customer-oriented role is a must or you hold a degree in line with this role.
